100% Employee-Owned

At Realityworks, we’re more than just a company — we’re a family of employee-owners. Our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) isn’t just a retirement plan; it’s a testament to our commitment to our team members and the communities we serve.

Here’s why our ESOP program sets us apart:

Our ESOP fosters a culture of collaboration and accountability, where every success is celebrated together.

“I think that Realityworks is a great place to work because the people are friendly and management listens to your input about things. Also, having the ESOP makes you more involved with the company. You want to work harder, and you care more about your work.”

RW – ESOP Award Section

2023 Wisconsin Employee-Owned Company of the Year

Realityworks received the award of the 2023 Wisconsin Employee-Owned Company of the Year! The award is reserved for ESOP companies that have a strong commitment to employee ownership and demonstrate that commitment through their actions of clear communication with employees, are committed to endorsing the ESOP vision with their employee participants, act as a company that has an environment of ownership and strong culture, and take action to provide support for their fellow ESOP companies and the ESOP community.

This means that Realityworks is recognized as an ESOP company that not only has a strong mission, but a mission that is recognized at the state level as something special and stands out among many other companies. Our employees, all of us, are part of that.
